Some have voiced envy of and aspirations for my radiating aura- how I view things, how I experience things, how I speak about things, and how I approach life with passion, adventure and vigor, etc.
I admittedly had taken my aura for granted but I now recognize it as a vigorous life trait. A robust life trait that’s not only moved me personally beyond adversity to succeed in all that I aspire to but serves as a tectonic aspect of my business/professional brand and success.
My aura of energy, enthusiasm, positivity, optimism, hope, and zest & vitality not only emanates my relationships as a Friend, Family member, Leader, Mentor, and Business Consultant, it has become a paradigm for my work as both a Career & Life Coach and a Mental Health Counselor.
I am privileged to guide others as they refine their habits, build rhythms, and design effective practices to optimize their health and well-being, cultivate a lifestyle of vitality and zest, and exude their aura.

Try this starter “experiment” to cultivate your asset/strengths-based focus:
Be on the lookout for and track what’s “good” in your day. Take notes- written journal, phone notes (audio or written), draw an image… whatever modality lends ease and meaning for you…
At the beginning of each day, read/view/listen to what you’ve captured each day. It will condition you to be mindful & engaged in the present, infuse positivity, nurture your “Catch yourself focused on “good” orientation”, foster gratitude, and nurture your abundance mindset.
It’s an amazing transformation when we focus on, notice, and celebrate what is, instead of focusing on what’s missing, what we want, or what we haven’t got.
