    Superbills: Available for out-of-network reimbursement. If you plan to use your out-of-network benefits, please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage. I provide a “Superbill” after each session, which you may submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.

    Complimentary introductory meetings are an integral component of my engagement. These sessions allow individuals who are curious about working with me to get a feel for my approach and ask questions before deciding their next step. This meeting also affirms that each person is the expert in understanding their own needs.

    I encourage everyone I meet with to take time after our conversation to reflect on how it felt, review their questions, speak with other therapists if desired, and reach back out once they’ve decided that they would like to begin counseling with me.
