Greetings! I am Meichle, a mission-driven, people-focused Wellness Strategist passionate about helping organizations optimize their wellness. I am strengths-based and solution-focused with a unique forte of non-profit executive management & leadership experience, and licensed clinical social worker experience providing wellness programming for professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs navigating heightened stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
