Get to Know Meichle
Greetings! I am Meichle, a mission-driven, people-focused Wellness Strategist, with deep passion for and mission to help individuals and organizations optimize their wellness.
In Fall 2023 I pivoted from a nearly 30-year career in nonprofit service and launched my business, through which to share my gift of relatable expertise and experience and expand my sphere of influence and impact across New York State, into Arizona, throughout the United States, and internationally.
My unique forte as a C-level executive in the nonprofit sector, decades of leadership coaching and mentoring mid-level and senior-level leaders, thirty years as a licensed clinical social worker professional, and my continued investment in health and wellness has positioned me well to live my mission and passion as a Wellness Strategist, with specialty for professionals and organizations.

- Craft a harmonious approach for desired impact, including boundaries and limits
- Build and nurture relationships; Expand networks
- Develop (SMART) goals, outcomes, objectives, activities and steps and timeline targets
- Allocate resources, monitor, evaluate Return On Investment, and pivot accordingly
Meichle’s Personal Journey to Purpose and Harmony
Just shy of a nearly 30-year career with the privilege of serving as a Chief Operating Officer in a local nonprofit organization, I took a leap of heart and chose to pivot to a career as a woman entrepreneur to expand my sphere of influence.
Why? A combination of things:
1. I seek opportunities to grow, infuse my empathy, empowerment, & development of others, and strengthen my innate leadership qualities.
2. I embrace self-revelation about what jazzes me up, what energizes me, what and who are my allies and, what and who are the obstacles to my joy. I strive to create harmonious conditions that allow me to fulfill my purpose, live with passion, and create impact.
3. In 2022, my body told me I was out of alignment- heightened stress, reduced energy, weight gain, exhaustion, resentment & cynicism. The chronic stress & toxicity of the workplace in which I worked was causing me emotional, mental and physical harm. I was feeling burned out and navigated compassion fatigue.
4. I recognized my reduced passion and a drift from what initially drew me to the agency in which I worked. I was living in misalignment. Like many of those I guide in their personal and professional development, my values and priorities no longer aligned with the people and the organization in which I worked. I humbly realized that I had been sacrificing my own priorities, joy and my health for the benefit and comfort of others- leaving me feeling less gratified.
5. So… I reflected wider… I dug deeper… I embraced my “awe-thentic” self- my core values and priorities, my innate strengths, passions, and zone of genius, my competencies, and my character attributes. I gained clarity of my purpose, my desired “brand”, and began to orchestrate the harmonious conditions necessary to fulfill my purpose and drive impact.
I decided to seize OPPORTUNITY and pivot in my career to pair my extraordinary gift as both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker of 30 years AND a respected executive leader in the nonprofit sector, take a leap of heart, launch my own business, and inspire and influence in a new and expanded way! I’d infuse my positivity & compassion and relatable experience & expertise through my coaching, consulting, and counseling services, to cultivate personal joy, live with passion, drive impact, and fulfill my purpose.
